Estop ("we" or "our") respects the privacy of our users ("user" or "you"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application (the "Application"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will inform you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, be subject to, and have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy through your continued use of the Application after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect through the Application depends on the content and materials you use and includes:
Identifiable information (such as your name and email address) to create an account in the Application. Authentication is handled through Apple or Google sign-in services, depending on your choice.
The Application also collects and processes data such as your answers while playing the game and votes in order to save them and determine the winner.
The Application displays ads provided by Google AdMob. We do not use personalized advertising. All ads are configured as suitable for all ages, are not based on user profiling or tracking across apps, and comply with child-protection regulations (COPPA).
We do not request tracking consent (App Tracking Transparency) because we do not track users across third-party apps or websites.
The Application offers a voice chat feature during the voting phase, provided by LiveKit. Audio is transmitted in real time and is not recorded or stored. LiveKit processes audio data only to facilitate live communication between players.
We may request to send you push notifications related to your account or the Application. If you wish to opt out of this type of communication, you can disable notifications in your device settings.
We collect information about use of the Application to improve the experience, including usage duration and error logs if the Application crashes. This data is processed by Sentry.

The Application is rated for users ages 4 and up. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 beyond what is necessary for the operation of the Application. Ads shown to all users are configured as suitable for minors and do not include personalized advertising based on behavior.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
We retain your personal data while you maintain an active account in the Application. If you delete your account, your data will be deleted from our servers. Diagnostic and error data is retained for a maximum of 90 days.
You can delete your account directly from the Application by tapping the profile icon and selecting "Delete account". You can also request deletion of all your data by emailing: hello@saestech.com.
